Molecule cart FAQs

The molecule cart is where you will manage the ordering of your Molecules to order and your saved proposals for Molecules for collaboration. For example, from the Molecule Cart, you can directly modify your proposal for a potential collaboration by clicking on EDIT.

Yes, use SAVE on the “Your Order” page and the molecule will be saved in the cart for a future visit.

No, the Molecules to order are shipped free of charge to your address after validation of your affiliation. Boehringer Ingelheim assumes the costs of the compound itself, as well as for dispatching and shipping.

You can always remove a Molecule for order from the Molecule Cart by clicking DELETE to the right of each compound. You can also delete the full list of Molecules for order in your cart by clicking on CANCEL.

After clicking on REVIEW, your will be redirected to the Your Order page where you can save the cart and/or confirm your order. When you will have confirmed your order, your address will be displayed again for confirmation. The last step is to read and accept the Rights and Obligations paragraph. For more information regarding intellectual property, please visit the Background page. To complete your order, click on ORDER NOW and your “Molecules to Order” will arrive to the address provided in a short timeframe. You will receive a confirmation email shortly and can follow your order by clicking on TRACK PROGRESS.
