- Upon your order via opnMe we will check if your name is affiliated with a research institution, a biotech company, or a pharmaceutical company. For this purpose we will conduct an internet based inquiry to check whether your affiliation can be confirmed through sources such as publications, publicly accessible information or through social media based portals such as LinkedIn.
- The verification is done by our research scientists who will handle the verification process in a confidential manner. We will not involve a third-party during this process and we will adhere to all applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
As soon as your affiliation with a research institution, a biotech company, or a pharmaceutical company has been verified, you will be informed via a status update in your dashboard profile. If we have any questions regarding your affiliation we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please provide the highest possible level of details regarding your affiliation to make ensure that it is easily verifiable.
- In the event that we are unable to establish a link between your order and a professional institution we will not be able to process the order or proceed with the collaboration proposal.
- We will inform you via email which issues we may have had during the verification process. This outcome will only be shared with you and not with any other third parties or institutions.
